USITC AD/CVD Institution (701-TA-809 / 731-TA-1810), Railway Tank Cars and Parts From Mexico

The U.S. International Trade Commission instituted preliminary phase antidumping and countervailing duty investigations (Nos. 701-TA-809 and 731-TA-1810) on railway tank cars and parts thereof from Mexico (HTSUS 8606.10.00), alleging sales below fair value and government subsidization. The Commission must reach a preliminary determination by November 16, 2026, and transmit its views to Commerce by November 23, 2026.
