USITC Schedules Final-Phase AD/CVD Injury Investigations on Fatty Acids from Indonesia & Malaysia

The USITC has scheduled final-phase antidumping and countervailing duty injury investigations (Nos. 701-TA-785-786 and 731-TA-1773-1774) covering fatty acids from Indonesia and Malaysia. Commerce has preliminarily determined imports were subsidized and sold at less-than-fair-value under HTS subheadings 2915.70.01, 2915.90.10, 2916.15.10, 2916.15.51, and 3823.11-3823.19.
