USITC Full Five-Year Sunset Reviews, AD/CVD Orders on Common Alloy Aluminum Sheet from 16 Countries
The USITC has scheduled full five-year reviews of AD orders covering 16 countries and CVD orders covering Bahrain, India, and Turkey on common alloy aluminum sheet to determine whether revocation would likely cause continuation or recurrence of material injury. The Commission has exercised its authority to extend the review period by up to 90 days.
