USITC Sunset Review Scheduled (731-TA-753), Cut-to-Length Carbon Steel Plate From China, Russia, and Ukraine

The U.S. International Trade Commission has scheduled expedited five-year (sunset) reviews under 19 U.S.C. 1675(c) to determine whether revoking the antidumping duty order on cut-to-length carbon steel plate from China, and terminating suspended investigations covering Russia and Ukraine, would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury. The reviews cover USITC investigation number 731-TA-753.
