USITC Sunset Review Scheduled (701-TA-649 / 731-TA-1523), Twist Ties From China

The U.S. International Trade Commission has scheduled full five-year reviews of the countervailing and antidumping duty orders on twist ties from China (Inv. Nos. 701-TA-649 and 731-TA-1523) to determine whether revocation would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury. The Commission exercised its authority to extend the review period by up to 90 days.
