USITC §337 Termination (337-TA-1511), DRAM Devices - Settlement Agreement

The U.S. International Trade Commission determined not to review ALJ Order No. 7, which granted a joint motion to terminate Investigation 337-TA-1511 concerning certain Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM) devices, products containing the same, and components thereof, as to all respondents based on a settlement agreement. The investigation is now fully terminated.
