The U.S. International Trade Commission has scheduled expedited five-year reviews of the countervailing duty orders on utility scale wind towers from India and Malaysia and the antidumping duty orders on utility scale wind towers from India, Malaysia, and Spain to determine whether revocation would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury.
