USITC Sunset Review Institution (731-TA-125), Potassium Permanganate From China

The U.S. International Trade Commission has instituted a five-year (sunset) review of the antidumping duty order on potassium permanganate from China (731-TA-125) to determine whether revocation would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury. Interested parties are requested to submit information to the Commission in response to this notice.
