Status Report on IEEPA Tariff Refund Progress Due to CIT

CBP is required to file a status report with the Court of International Trade on the progress of IEEPA tariff refunds. The court-ordered nationwide refund process, stemming from the SCOTUS ruling in Learning Resources v. Trump, has been underway since March.
