USTR Opens Process for Solar Safeguard Product Exclusion Requests

USTR established procedures for stakeholders to request exclusions of specific solar products from the safeguard measure imposed under Section 201. The exclusion process allows importers and domestic interested parties to petition for relief on particular product categories.
