USTR Opens Product Exclusion Process for September 2018 China Tariffs

USTR opened the exclusion portal for the September 2018 §301 action. Requests had to identify the product at the 10-digit HTSUS level, describe function and use, and address alternate sourcing, economic harm, and strategic importance.
