USTR Seeks Input on U.S.-China Managed Trade Mechanism and Reciprocal Tariff Modifications

USTR is soliciting public comments to inform negotiations with China aimed at achieving reciprocity and balance in bilateral trade through favorable tariff modifications on non-sensitive products. The agency is also seeking input on the design of a proposed U.S.-China Board of Trade, a new government-to-government body to manage ongoing bilateral trade optimization.
