USTR Amends Four §301 China Product Exclusions Following HTSUS Reclassification

USTR is making conforming amendments to four §301 product exclusions on Chinese goods after the USITC revised statistical reporting categories in the HTSUS, effective July 1, 2026. The changes are administrative in nature and do not alter the scope of relief provided by the underlying exclusions.
