USTR USMCA 2027 Joint Review, Public Comment and Hearing Process Initiated

USTR is commencing a public consultation process in advance of the 2027 USMCA annual joint review meeting, as directed by Congress. The agency is soliciting public comments on the operation of the Agreement Between the United States, Mexico, and Canada and providing notice of a public hearing. This review process is a statutory requirement under the USMCA Implementation Act.
