USTR §301 Modification, Proposed Further Suspension of Maritime/Shipbuilding Action Against China

The U.S. Trade Representative is proposing to further suspend for two months (through January 9, 2027) the §301 action stemming from the investigation into China's targeting of maritime, logistics, and shipbuilding sectors for dominance, to allow continued negotiations with China.
