USTR §301 Public Hearings, 60 Economies Targeted Over Forced Labor Import Enforcement Failures

USTR will hold public hearings July 7-9, 2026 at the USITC on proposed responsive actions under §301 against 60 economies that have failed to prohibit or effectively enforce bans on imports of forced-labor-produced goods. The hearings mark a significant multilateral enforcement escalation under the §301 framework.
