USTR Sets FY2027 WTO TRQ Allocations for Raw Cane Sugar, Refined Sugar, and Sugar-Containing Products

USTR has announced country-specific WTO Tariff-Rate Quota allocations for raw cane sugar, refined sugar, and sugar-containing products effective fiscal year 2027. These allocations govern the volume of sugar imports eligible for reduced in-quota duty rates under U.S. WTO commitments.
