USTR Sets FY2027 WTO TRQ Country Allocations for Raw Cane Sugar Imports

USTR announced country-specific in-quota allocations under the WTO tariff-rate quota for raw cane sugar imports covering October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027. Imports within allocated quantities face a lower tariff, volumes above the threshold are subject to a higher out-of-quota rate.
