USTR Opens Comment Period on Foreign Trade Barriers for 2027 NTE Report

USTR is soliciting public comment on foreign barriers to U.S. exports of goods, services, and foreign direct investment for inclusion in the 2027 National Trade Estimate Report. The NTE Report is an annual statutory review identifying significant foreign trade barriers affecting U.S. commerce.
