USMCA Rapid Response Mechanism Resolved at Mexico's Alimentos Grole Facility

The United States has announced a successful resolution of a USMCA Rapid Response Labor Mechanism petition concerning the Alimentos Grole facility in Mexico. The RRM process, which can result in suspension of preferential tariff treatment on goods from the facility, concluded with remediation agreed by the facility.
