What this view excludes
AD/CVD cash-deposit rates are NOT summed into the total or the delta columns. The column shows the published rate range (Commerce administers exporter-specific deposits that move each administrative review cycle); pick a specific exporter on the single-line modeler to see the cash-deposit rate that will liquidate your entry. Non-ad-valorem specific rates appear in the base MFN only after you enter an import quantity on the single-line modeler. Chapter 98 partial-basis entries (9802.80 / 9802.50) are compared as standard entries here; use the single-line modeler for the partial-basis math. Unilateral preferences (GSP lapsed 2020-12-31, AGOA through 2025-09-30, CBTPA through 2030-09-30) are shown as chips but are NOT auto-applied because eligibility turns on article-specific rules of origin.
