Commerce Delays CVD Preliminary Determinations on Solar Cells from India, Indonesia, Laos

The Department of Commerce is postponing preliminary determinations in countervailing duty investigations covering crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells and modules imported from India, Indonesia, and Laos (case numbers C-533-943, C-560-847, C-553-004). The delay extends the timeline before any provisional CVD measures could be applied to these solar imports.
