Commerce Preliminary CVD Finding on Solar Cells from Laos (C-553-004)

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily finds countervailable subsidies provided to producers/exporters of crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells (with or without modules) from Laos, covering the POI January 1-December 31, 2024. Critical circumstances were preliminarily determined negative, final CVD determination will be aligned with the companion AD final determination.
