Commerce Delays Final AD Determination on Indian Solar Cells to Sept 10, 2026

The U.S. Department of Commerce is postponing the final less-than-fair-value determination for crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells from India (case A-533-942) to September 10, 2026. Provisional measures are extended from four to up to six months pending the final ruling.
