Commerce Amends Preliminary AD Determination on Solar Cells from Laos (A-553-003)

The U.S. Department of Commerce amended its preliminary affirmative less-than-fair-value determination for crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells from Laos to correct significant ministerial errors. The investigation covers the POI January 1-June 30, 2025.
