Commerce Issues Final Affirmative CVD Determination on Solar Cells from Laos (C-553-004)

The U.S. Department of Commerce has made a final affirmative countervailing duty determination finding countervailable subsidies provided to producers and exporters of crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells (with or without modules) from Laos, covering the 2024 POI. Commerce also made a final affirmative critical circumstances determination in part, which may trigger retroactive duty liability.
