Commerce Issues Final LTFV Determination on Indian Solar Cells/Modules, Finds Critical Circumstances In Part
The U.S. Department of Commerce has issued a final affirmative antidumping determination finding that crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells and modules from India are being sold in the U.S. at less than fair value, covering the POI July 1, 2024-June 30, 2025. The determination also includes a partial affirmative finding of critical circumstances, which may trigger retroactive duty liability.
