CIT, DOJ Opposes Stay Lift & Class Certification in Freestyle World v. United States

The U.S. Department of Justice filed a response opposing a motion to lift the stay and for class certification in Freestyle World, Inc. v. United States (Case 1:26-cv-01088-RKE) before the Court of International Trade on July 28, 2026. The case is a putative class action brought by Freestyle World on behalf of itself and similarly situated parties against the federal government.
