Commerce Issues Final AD/CVD Orders on Solar Cells from India, Indonesia, and Laos

The U.S. Department of Commerce issued final affirmative antidumping and countervailing duty determinations on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells from India, Indonesia, and the Lao PDR. Cases cover both AD (A-533-942, A-560-846, A-553-003) and CVD (C-533-943, C-560-847, C-553-004) investigations.
